Overview:
This model of roller press is specifically designed for the electric rolling of small lithium electrode sheets and small quantities of precious metals such as gold and silver, as well as non-ferrous materials such as copper and aluminum. It is particularly suitable for thinning and increasing the density of lithium battery clean energy material. The machine uses gear transmission to achieve roller pressing, and the rolling thickness is adjustable. It is easy to use and allows for intuitive control of the material pressing thickness using a dial indicator.
Working Principle: This equipment uses a geared motor to drive high-hardness pressure rollers. The gap between the rollers is mechanically adjusted to compress and shape the electrode sheets, increasing their density.
