This machine is specifically designed for the continuous coating process of positive and negative electrodes for lithium-ion batteries. It is suitable for small-scale experiments in universities and enterprises; it can also be used for ceramic films, crystalline films, and special nanofilms. The entire machine body is made of stainless steel, making it aesthetically pleasing and durable, with a powder-coated surface. Operation is simple.
I. Main Features:
1. The coating motor uses a low-speed synchronous motor from Taiwan's Adeli.
2. The ball screw and linear guide are imported from Taiwan's high-precision HIWIN brand.
3. The coating scraper uses imported Finnish SUS316L stainless steel.
4. A drying system with strong air heating and digital display temperature control, with a maximum operating temperature of 150℃.
5. The coating speed is adjustable from 0 to 100 mm/s and features a digital display.
6. A vacuum aluminum tray allows for quick placement or removal of positive and negative electrode plates, copper foil, and aluminum foil.
7. Equipped with a film applicator for adjusting coating thickness (accuracy 0.01 mm) and width from 0 to 150 mm.
