FXL (T) series debinding and pre-sintering integrated furnace is designed for debinding of aluminum nitride substrate, debinding and pre-sintering of zirconia and alumina ceramic products, heat treatment process of electronic components, ceramic powder, magnetic materials, powder metallurgy, etc. also be used in the heat treatment process of other materials. The thermal materials of the equipment are made of high-quality energy-saving imported foam bricks. The heating elements are selected from the imported KTL resistance wire which spiral wound on the corundum pipe heating method, and the heating pipe is installed on five sides of the furnace. The control instrument uses 180 imported Japanese program control instruments. The equipment has the advantages of stable temperature control, superior performance, low energy consumption, and clean furnace. It is very suitable for medium and small batch production and scientific research.
